Item Description
5x9.75" aluminum and steel. Pieces are constructed in three layers for a wonderful dimensional visual effect. First layer has mounting holes and high relief name "Roosevelt" in cast aluminum. Middle layer is aluminum w/pair of .25" thick roses and high relief "Keep Rosy With" text. Final layer of three riveted steel strips rising above the body of the design each w/a 1/8" thick five-point gold star. Trivial oxidation of the reverse steel areas. Otherwise extremely clean w/99% of its original paint. NM. A treasure from the golden age of campaign auto attachments and high among the many highlights in the Mike Nichols Collection.
