Item Description
6.25x12.5x2" deep box w/die-cut display lid holds deluxe set No. 440A by Raylite, c. 1930s. Box's perforated display lid has been punched and box has scattered aging/wear w/corner creases and some scattered staining. Fine. Set consists of eight typically 2.5" tall figural glass Christmas lights. Included are Sandy, Little Orphan Annie, Smitty, Betty Boop, Dick Tracy, Moon Mullins, Kayo and Andy Gump. Deluxe set's wiring is complete and in good condition, however when plugged in no bulbs light. As per instructions inside box, this set's wiring is designed that if one bulb does not light, none will light. Bulbs shows small traces of paint wear but set is complete and Fine/VF. Scarce set in this format as most sets were typically sold w/just the bulbs.
