Item Description
3.25" tall cast metal figure. Made in Germany, c. 1932. Raised "Mickey Mouse" name on right side of his body has been painted, copyright is on left but is unpainted and barely visible. Wire tail intact. From an exceptional series of Mickey and Minnie Mouse metal figures, some of which were designed as useful objects such as ashtrays, playing card containers, bridge scorers, etc. This stand-alone figure has moderate paint wear in the form of chips/flakes. Pants retain 80% of paint while body retains about 60%. Moderate aging to white portions of face, hands and feet. One foot is expertly crafted replacement. VG overall but still nice for display. All of these figures are scarce.
