Item Description
1.25" from 1942 part of the rare series used in the Reading, PA area. Series includes Autry, Rogers, Hoppy and Charles Starrett. This Wild Bill Elliott example is one of the very few we've seen to contain the original backpaper which reads "Freihoffer's The Perfect Loaf - Copyright 1942 Jay-Gee Enterprise Reading, PA." Celluloid has very shallow small dent by the star design on the right side and in reflected light are a few hairline scuffs across the top of his hat. Button remains totally clean with high gloss. From the Hake collection and only example we've seen. Extremely Fine.
