Item Description
3.25x6x8" tall glazed porcelain. c. 1910. TR is depicted in safari gear wielding a rifle and wearing Pince-nez glasses. Gold text on hat band has slight loss affecting "Sportsman," two chips on the underside of the hat brim at extreme left and a thin stable hairline barely visible on hat and forehead. Otherwise only light wear. VG. A strikingly detailed likeness and among the most charming TR artifacts. Mike Nichols Collection.
