Item Description
1.5x5x8.5" and 7x9.5x10". Cigar box has detached lid and moderate edge wear but is otherwise extremely clean. Jugate litho by "Schumacher & Ettlinger N.Y." is bold w/fresh color. VF. Stiff fabric parade hat has a cloth band w/candidates last names. Moderate age toning and light tarnish to spike. Fine. Scarce.
