1.5" c. 1948 issued to those who became a "Safety Club Member." Surface has quite a few scattered scratches most of which just show in reflected light although there is a small near pinpoint scuff on the upper left edge which is just a little dark. Also a 1/8" very faint line crossing the letter "K" of his name. Both of these defects are very small and the other wear doesn't show on normal viewing. Complete with W&H backpaper. VG but displays VF.
