6x11.5" 12 back card contains 5.5" tall action figure. Series 3. Mattel, ©1983. Made in Hong Kong. Unpunched card has lt. scattered edge/corner tip wear w/even aging to back. Blister has yellowed w/age but remains free of cracks/dents and is firmly affixed to card. Card is VF overall. Figure comes w/"Dragon's Gift" mini-comic and accessories which include Cobra Staff, Cobra Headdress and Shield. Figure is NM as packaged.
