Item Description
15.25x19.25" frame w/8.75x13.25" opening. Standing portrait of the 16th President w/book in left hand. Quote at bottom "The People Of The United States Are The Rightful Masters Of Both Congress And Courts. Not To Over-Throw The Constitution, But To Over Throw Men Who Pervert That Constitution." Facsimile signatures of "A. Lincoln," "E. S. Cleveland Hartford, Conn." and "Phillip Wadsworth Chicago, Ill." Frame has chips of missing veneer and is missing original loop at top. VG. Print has light tan age toning. Fine. Not examined out of frame. Strong colors and only the second we have encountered in our 52 years.
