8.25" long. Albumen photo w/American shield and draped flag design at center of this scarce and patriotic ribbon. Brass hanger is missing pin. Ribbon has dark blue ink affecting .25" spot at lower right, age toning and moderate handling wear. Portrait has faint scattered foxing w/overall moderate even age toning. Fine.
