Item Description
Original mailer box w/National Biscuit Co. return address label (w/typed recipient name/address) contains complete 1954 Rin-Tin-Tin premium. Box has penciled text on back and has moderate creasing to side panels. Missing one end flap and one inner flap is mostly loose. VG. 4x5" instruction folder features illustration of the premium ring as well as order form to order additional ring(s) for 25¢ and one box top of Nabisco "Shredded Wheat Juniors" cereal (which is pictured on back). Folder shows wear w/small insect hole and some surface paper wear. Fine overall. Comes w/coiled strip of paper for writing secret messages w/"Rin-Tin-Tin Magic Pencil" crayon, which shows little to no wear. Both are lightly aged and VF. Ring has adjustable brass bands w/top featuring high relief portrait of Rin-Tin-Tin that lifts up, revealing remnants of ink pad. Ring base retains much brass luster and is Exc. Top shows luster wear and is Fine overall. Rarely offered boxed and complete.
