Item Description
Pair of boxed sets from Hasbro's "Amaze-A-Matics" toys, 1969-1970. See previous item w/boxed trio. Each box is 10.25x11.25x3.25" deep and contains 8" long hard plastic car. "Chevrolet Astrovette" features futuristic design and set remains factory-sealed, w/some large splits to shrink-wrap and inward warp to lid due to tightness of shrink-wrap. Fine/VF w/contents NM as packaged. "Customized Volkswagen Bug" box has added strip w/French text, indicating Canadian issue. Complete w/insert. This 1970 set was a bit more elaborate than the earlier sets, coming w/"Mod" decal sheet, extra hubcaps, slip-on racing slick tires, punch-out road sign sheet in addition to regular issue items. Set also comes w/instructions sheets, including French verison. Box has some creasing to lid corners and is o/w VF w/NM contents.
