9.75" & 11" wide. Painted tin. 1940. Included are; unusual two portrait "Win With Willkie" (light paint wear contained mostly to edges, VF) and eagle design w/"Willkie Plate No. 13 Ad. Nov. Co. Newton, IA" (tiny scuff in field between "ki" in "Willkie" otherwise moderate edge wear, VF).
