Item Description
Approx. 16.75x22.75" prop newspaper used during production of 1983's "Superman III," directed by Richard Lester and starring Christopher Reeve, Annette O'Toole and Richard Pryor. "Daily Planet" header appear above large and bold "Tornados And Torrential Rainstorms Strike South America" headline referencing the film's plot where a weather satellite is used to alter weather patterns, in an attempt to destroy Colombia's coffee crop and corner the market. Rest of front page has articles not related to the film. These newspapers were used as set decorations. The prop itself consists of single wrap, w/just front/back pages printing. This shows even aging and some small scattered margin tears. Lower right corner has some faint creases and newspaper is folded as issued. Fine/VF overall.
