Item Description
Small 2-7/8" tall (5" tall to top of raised metal handle) tin litho. Made in Japan and o/w unmarked aside from "N" inside flower company mark. c. 1940. Sides depict Pinocchio dancing w/Dutch Girl marionette from Stromboli's show as Figaro looks on. Duck mans record player as large ladybug watches. Handle has a few small spots of scattered oxidation as does bottom rim, but these have stabilized. Rest of pail shows lt. scattered wear and even aging. Fine/VF. Rare.
