Item Description
Pair of tin litho drums w/original twine carry cords. Unmarked but made in Spain, 1930s. Sides features similar but slightly different images, showing Felix the Cat running w/string of sausages as angry butcher chases him w/knives, playing toy drum. Additional human characters appear on sides. Smaller 4-3/8" dia. by 2" tall variety has surface oxidation to rims and some pitting/wear to top drumhead w/lt. wear on underside. Sides have some trace of aging and some spiderwebbing to surface but remains complete. VG. Larger 6.75" dia. by 2.75" tall variety shows wear from use to drumheads and rims have some denting. Rims also have paint wear w/some streaks of bare metal showing. Some denting to rims. Sides have some lt. wear but remain clean for the most part. VG overall. Both are scarce.
