Item Description
6.5x9.25x2-3/8" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid label contains unassembled parts for stiff black cardboard projector, illustrated eight-page instruction book and 11 boxed (and one unboxed) paper film rolls. Made in France, 1930s. Lid label illustration has Mickey showing Minnie film of him facing the Big Bad Wolf w/gun in hand. Box shows some corner tip wear and lid has one partial corner split. Fine/VF. Projector parts are complete as shown in instruction book, including cardboard pieces (some w/embossed Mickey portrait), lenses, bulb and mechanical parts. Only thing that appears to be missing is period European battery for projector bulb. Boxed films have titles on one side, "Ciné Mickey" text on one side and image of images of Mickey and Minnie Mouse running w/Pluto on two other sides. Ten of the boxed paper films include worn story sheets. Projector parts show just lt. wear from use and have some lt. scattered aging. VF. Boxed films have some wear and are Fine to VF overall. Rare and only the second we've seen (the other set had an incomplete projector and no films) in our 53 years.
