Item Description
Pair of tin litho pails made in England by Happynak, 1950s. Pirate themed pail is 4-3/8" tall (6.5" to top of raised handle) and bears "718" designation. Nice wraparound beach scene depicting Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Donald Duck as pirates. Cowboy themed pail is 5.75" tall (10" tall to top of raised handle) and bears "730" designation. Nice wraparound scene showing Mickey and Donald as cowboy, galloping on horse as their nephews point gun and slingshot at them from behind cactus. Same fish sand mold on underside of each. Pails have some lt. scattered wear, mainly to interiors w/exteriors remaining glossy aside from a few small paint nicks/scratches. Fine/VF overall. Cowboy pail is rare and first we've seen in our 53 years.
