1.5" with 1900-1901 W&H backpaper. Reverse has .25" cello split but lays flat. Front reads "The Common School...The Hope Of Our Country." Much tiny surface scratching that shows only with magnification. Couple faint tan edge dots are barely visible. Still displays Exc. Rare.
