8.25". Silk. Sullivan/Fischer 1848-1. A plethora of graphics and slogans including; "The People's Candidate For President," waving American flag w/banner "Taylor And Fillmore," "He Never Surrenders," "Protection To Everything American" and "A Little More Grape" below image of a cannon labeled "Peace Maker." Bold front facing engraved portrait has quote below "I Ask No Favor And Shrink From No Responsibility." Loss along top and bottom edges just affecting extreme top edge of text and at bottom affecting "Grape." Otherwise extremely clean w/two diagonal creases and faint age toning. VF. Gets our vote for best Taylor ribbon design.
