Item Description
7.5x11" w/56 pages and filled with hundreds of bw illustrations of toys. Cover dated Nov. 1935. Front cover features the "Jorba" building surrounded by The Three Kings. The highlight of this catalog are the 17 Disney toys shown. This includes Spanish version of some Marks Bros. classics as well as a number we have never seen before and that were quite possibly never made. All are shown online and include: pull toys featuring Mickey in a truck/on an elephant/riding Horace as well as Minnie, Practical Pig, Horace and Clarabelle; figures of Mickey and Pigs, Mickey target sets, scatter ball game. Catalog also features Rogelio Sanchis toys including Oliver Hardy. Other great content includes Bonzo pull toy,  many types of vehicles, wind-up toys including the rare Ooloo The Cat, dolls and so much more. In the months after the publication of this catalog the civil war in Spain would result in a decrease of production of toys with some factories being destroyed altogether. This catalog represent the last great compilation of vintage 1930s Spanish toys and the only such catalog known to feature Disney toys. Moderate scattered cover wear, cover partially loose from contents but still attached. Cover Fine, contents lightly aged and VF/Exc. An incredible catalog and a true rarity, this is the only copy we have seen in our 53 years.
