Stamps at bottom center and left margin read "Library Of Congress Copyright Jul 24, 1884 City Of Washington" w/counter stamp "Surplus" and "2nd Copy Delivered To The Art Gallery Nov 11, 1897" respectively. Minor losses at bottom corners and a sealed 2" horizontal margin tear at top right. VF. Superlative quality design that will display beautifully once framed.
