Item Description
Lot of five wooden souvenir/homemade wooden anti-Axis items measuring between 4.5x5" and 5.5x7.25". 1940s. Lot includes two-piece jigsawed painted plywood pair featuring image of frightened Hitler running from Russian bear. Thin plywood pig rebus has been etched and has printed rebus text. "The Three Evils" plaque is Canadian souvenir featuring graphics of Hitler, Tojo and Mussolini as apes, each w/match strike areas on stomach. Shield-shaped plaque is dated 1945 w/paper on jigsawed wood images of both Allied and Axis leaders, most likely made after V-E Day. General scattered aging and wear. The Hitler and bear have tip of rifle and hat off and are VG while rest is Fine to VF.
