9.5" tall hand-painted, cast aluminum figural bank. Text cast into back plate reads "Commemorating The Great Political Feud Between President Ronald Reagan And Speaker Of The House 'Tip O'Neill'/©1983 Miley's Inc." O'Neill was a frequent opponent of President Reagan's domestic and defense policies. When lever is moved, O'Neill's arm (holding gavel) taps coin into Reagan's head. Has original aluminum trap. Comes with 2.75x4" manufacturer's folder which gives brief history of mechanical banks. Mint as made.
