4.25x6" w/"Expert Metal Shop Co. Rochester, NY" on reverse. Pair of thread posts on reverse likely for attachment to a car. A bespectacled FDR clad in bow tie smiling broadly w/slogan below "A New Deal." Moderate wear to silvered finish most notably two spots of wear on lapels. VG. The only example we've seen in 53 years.
