Item Description
18.75x27.275" to 35x46". Smallest is linen w/vignettes from JFK's visit to the country. One vertical and three horizontal folds otherwise extremely clean. Exc. Largest is a cloth banner produced for President Kennedy's visit to the family's ancestral home in Dunganstown- County Wexford, Ireland on June 27, 1963. Featuring a smiling portrait of JFK between crossed Irish and American flags. Text at top is a common Irish welcoming greeting. Three each horizontal and vertical folds. Faint pin point foxing mostly concentrated to edges and moderate handling wear to screen printed areas. Fine. An exciting display artifact from this historic trip.
