CAS graded and encapsulated Series 6/Blank Back hand-cut Toy Fair sample proof card for Psyche-Out Deceptive Warfare action figure from Hasbro's popular 1987 "G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero" toyline. Card was never punched, no hang hole as produced. Back of card has 2x7.25" area of surface paper lift. CAS-graded 70. Comes with CAS COA.
