3.25x4". Portrait of "E. J. Rodrigue" the "Republican Candidate For Congress 3rd District." Additional slogan at bottom "Stamp The Elephant." Minor wear to applied paper borders. Otherwise extremely clean. NM. Coattail material for Hughes in any form is rare and this is the first example of this slide we've seen in our 53 years.
