Item Description
Lot of 64. Issued 1940-45. ACC# W424-2e. Each is 3.25x5.25" and all feature the exceptional art of Earl Moran. This is the most desirable of the Mutoscope sets and features some of the most risque images of all the pin-up sets. Missing only the short-printed "Golden Hours" card (for a complete set of 65) but does have THE key card "My Diver's License" which is PSA NM 7. The is by far the most desirable card from this set and in this high grade it has sold for over $1,000 on its own. Six other cards have been PSA-graded and range from Mint 9 to EX-MT 6 (specifics online). The remaining cards are overall in similar high grade. Also included is the original vending box which originally contained 500 cards. 5.5x13.25x3" deep with Mutoscope/series text on one side panel. Trace of wear and aging. Fine and rare.
