11x15-1/8x2-3/8" deep illustrated (featuring great Murphy Anderson Superman art) cardboard window box contains complete and unused Ideal set No. 3401-7. ©1966 Field Enterprises Inc. Set includes Superman face mask, jump suit w/foil "S" decal, belt, Phantom Zone projector, Krypto w/cape, Kryptonite, shackles, boots and cape. Contents show minor aging/wear only. 1967 second issue box has "Video-Matic Ring" in yellow insert that flickers/flashes between Captain Action and Superman. Sticker was added to front of box where ring was inserted behind window. Sticker has notable age spotting. Window remains fully intact. Box shows moderate aging w/some moisture staining along left and bottom edge. Right edge has two areas of denting/creasing w/heavy crease line running along right side panel. Bottom flap has 2.25" strip of surface paper lift from price sticker removal. Box has tape staining at top/bottom, tape having dried and loosened. Box is VG overall w/contents NM as packaged. Old store stock.
