Item Description
Original 14-7/8x22-7/8" poster has been mounted to board and features illustration of the Ferrari 250 TR/60 from the rear by Michel Beligond. Printed for the 1961 24 Hours of Le Mans, the 29th Grand Prix of Endurance, that took place on June 10-11, 1961. Ferrari and Maserati were the main title contenders, w/Porsche being an outside chance for the Championship. The race was won by Olivier Gendebien and Phil Hill in the Ferrari 250 TRI/61. Poster was originally folded into quarters and has slight strip of fading along bottom margin, but o/w displays Exc. as mounted w/strong color.
