7x7.25" on thin cardboard. Young lady wearing a sash while delivering a speech atop a 'soap box' labeled "Votes For Women" as two young men look on. Additional text below "The Day Of Good Saint Valentine We Like Above The Rest, For Then We Cast Our Vote To Show The One We Love The Best." Missing cardboard stand on reverse and a small loss at figure's top braid. Main figure has four cardboard reinforcements on reverse stabilizing folds. Ink inscription at right and moderate handling. VG. Scarce and charming.
