Item Description
Lot of eight numbered plates from a 15-piece dessert set including eight of 14 plates (each 7.25" dia.) plus an 11" dia. serving plate. Faiencerie d'Onnaing China Co. of France. 1936. Underside of each plate has matching company mark including "Walt Disney" name and tiny full body image of Mickey Mouse. Each plate features choice color scene w/silver luster accent ridged borders. Plates include images of Disney characters at circus and depict Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Pluto and Mickey's nephews along w/circus animals. Offered here are plates 1-3, 5-7, 11-12 (missing 4, 8-10, 13-14). Serving plate features image of Mickey on circus grounds w/French flags in bkg. Silver luster accent borders and plate images show just lt. scattered wear and color images remain strong. VF to Exc. overall.
