Item Description
Pair of 1950s tin litho toys by Line Mar. "Clarabell Standing On Hands" wind-up is 4-7/8" tall w/built-in key and when wound, figure vibrates back and forth, causing it to move about. Scattered lt. wear in the form of paint nicks/scratches w/small spot of bare metal showing on both sides of head. One side has scattered spotting. Fine overall. Scarce. Tin hopper toy stands 6.5" tall and has attached spring-loaded cable action. Nicely detailed figure w/"Clarabell" name on his chest. Squeaks as it hops. Works. Cable has even oxidation and toy's body is aged w/tape remnants on shoulder. Scattered pinpoint spots of oxidation, more moderate to rims of feet. Works. VG.
