Item Description
11x17.5" on thin paper mounted to 11.5x18" cresent board. Printed by "Times Job Printing, Canandaigua." Woodcut image of "Hon. William McKinley" advertising a "Republican Pole Raising And Rally At The Jesse Thatcher Place, Hopewell" New York. Four holes, three w/touch ups applied to backing board. Two of these affect the "RD" & ""EP" of "Saturday, September 12, '96" and one affects the "R" in "Raising" on headline text. Otherwise scattered tape stains, edge chipping, and handling wrinkles. Good. The only example we've encountered in 53 years.
