Item Description
This series of high fidelity cassettes by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab were primarily made in the early to mid-1980s and quickly disappeared with the advent of compact discs. Over 100 titles were issued with just five being Beatles albums: Help!, Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper's and Magical Mystery Tour (see next two items). These recordings were produced using one-to-one real time cassette transfers from the original master tapes. BASF Pro II chromium dioxide tapes were used for maximum frequency response. Specially designed polycarbonate cassette shells. This tape is MFSL C-105, first issued in June 1983. A few tiny nicks in the cello but still tightly and completely factory sealed and rare to find as such. Tape Mint as issued. The ultimate version on cassette of the classic album originally released in 1965.
