Kit #805-198. 1964. Box bottom has two corner splits. Box lid has some light corner tip wear and some 3” creases radiating from top left-hand corner and bottom right-hand corner. Still glossy and VF/Exc. The “Addams House Printed Windows” sheet is uncut but lightly aged as is instruction sheet. Kit is complete and NM.
