8" tall with cello "Lancaster County" insert on brass bar pin. Elkin expected to be the GOP nominee but state boss Senator Matthew Quay bribed enough delegates to get Pennypacker nominated. Small tone at top from original glue sealing the fabric on the back where it wraps around the thin brass bar holding the ribbon. 1st seen. Exc.
