7.75x12.5" olicloth. Designed to be worn as part of the breast plate of a torchlight parade uniform. Design features crossed American flags w/portraits of "Maj. Wm. McKinley" and "Garret A. Hobart" below slogan "Sound Money And Protection." Hole at top center, creases throughout, minor edge losses and signs of use. Good. Not examined out of frame. A rare artifact of the torchlight parade demonstrations popular during this campaign.
