Item Description
1.5" well made and fairly heavy brass medallion holed for a loop which is on a double strand 16" long thick, woven red cord so the piece can be worn around the neck. Images are slightly in relief with them head to head and nose to nose. Reverse shows multiple islands and reads "Manila/Philippines". Issued for their third and final fight billed as The Thrilla In Manila". Muchinsky's book says this medallion was sold at the fight venue in Manila. Exc. w/ slightest luster loss.
