Item Description
Here are four very similar MacArthur portrait buttons. Only the 1.5" has a W&H maker back paper. The large 2.5" and the 1.25" with ribbons are typical sizes. NM. The 1.5" is rare but it does have all over scratches mostly just seen in reflected light plus two pinpoint edge nicks at top. VG. The 7/8" button, which was made in the war years from an 1.25" paper, is the only example we've seen and is NM. John Pendergrass Collection.
