Item Description
Authorized DC Comics 1995 re-issue by Great American Ring Club. These reproductions came in four styles (see following item); two of which are 14 karat gold rings, one gold ring w/o diamond (200 issued) and the other a more limited variety (only 50 issued) w/actual diamond. Offered here the very limited gold variety w/diamond. Ring is a high quality reproduction of the rare ring issued as a contest prize to Supermen Of America club members and has raised image of Superman while each side features "S" logo and just to the right of the image is an inset diamond. Comes in 6.5" dia. by 1.75" deep lidded tin container w/full color label covering lid that features classic early image of Superman breaking chains. Exc. Ring comes w/3.75" tall resin reproduction of vintage Superman figure done in Syroco wood style, which has two small surface flakes. Contents are o/w NM and ring comes w/issued COA w/inked "31" production number. This is the rarest and most sought after of these Superman ring sets.
