3.25x9x21.5" cardboard box illustrated w/Western theme includes Bunk House, Cowboys, Fence, Animals, Furniture, Etc." text. Box shows lt. tanning and remains bright and tight. VF. Box contains 1950s unused set Marx #3979-3980. Figures of Roy (two varieties) and Dale. Contents appear complete w/unbent buildings, aged original bags holding cowboy figures, small accessories and fence. Instruction sheet is folded and has some tears and two pieces out on edge. Original inserts have been altered slightly but are as purchased at sale. Consignor purchased this set sealed, carefully opened tape (still intact on lid) to examine contents. All contents are as produced and undisturbed in original bags as produced by Marx and parts NM as issued. Marx Warehouse File Copy from the famous Scala/Bowers Acquisition and subsequent auctions.
