Item Description
10x14.25" litho. Titled "National Democratic Banner Of Victory 1868" at bottom. Candidates are flanked by images of Liberty and Justice w/vignettes below portraits referencing agriculture and industry. A 1.25" vertical tear at top left affecting eagle wing and having an old clear tape repair on reverse. Edge losses at top and moisture stains at top right, bottom left and lower left margins. Otherwise light handling and even age toning. Good. A rare print that would benefit from attention by a paper conservator but could be framed and displayed as is.
