11x15" frame w/9.5x13.5" opening. Oval portraits of candidates w/large eagle perched atop the "Liberty" temple at top center. Tiny surface paper lift at top just right of center in margin and light even age toning. VF. Not examined out of frame. Displaying gorgeously w/lavish color.
