13/16" litho c. 1945 inscribed with name of children's clothing maker on reverse "Comic Togs." Some of these designs are identical to those in the Kellogg's Pep series but other designs such as this are unique to this scarce series. Trivial pinpoint dot rub at center near invisible. One of rarest in set. NM.
