1.25" brass rimmed cello at center of a 2.25" rosette w/4" long ribbons. Text on second ribbon reads "Inauguration March 4, 1901." Minor handling to ribbons and a few scattered spots of tarnish on brass rim. VF. Cello remains super clean and the badge displays Exc. Rare. Bob Westerman Collection.
