3.5" w/metal back and horizontal bar pin. Minor even age to cream background and moderate surface wear only in reflected light most notably a series of diagonal scuffs affecting the "rs" in "Yours." Extremely Fine. 4x9.5" thin paper "Welfare Certificate" dollar bill. Front has cartoon portrait of JFK and reverse has rocking chair at center w/slogan at top "America Rocks While Communism Marches Onward" along w/multiple slogans and references. Tiny text at bottom "1962 E. J. Mantooth, Houston Texas Sold By A. G. Trimbel Co." Minor handling wear. Exc.
