Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 4.75" tall clock w/metal case. This is rare 1950s version. Clock face is marked "Par Autorisation Walt Disney - Bayard - Blanche Neige - Made In France" and is more elaborate than later versions. This version features hands designed as tree branches, each w/small bird attached, top center has additional animated bluebird attachment (designed to look like it's perched on Snow White's hand) which moves as seconds tick. Each numeral includes illustration of either one of the Dwarfs, forest animals or Dwarf's cottage. Clock and alarm both work. Rim of clock case exhibits some lt. aging/wear and is o/w VF/Exc. Paper over cardboard box shows moderate aging/wear w/corner tip/edge wear and some corner/edge splits to lid. VG. Very rare and just the second example we've seen in our 54 years.
