Item Description
25" long blued metal rifle model number 961 w/wood stock featuring silk-screened "Zorro" logo and image of him on rearing Tornado. Rifle works and when cocked and produces loud pop when fired. Rifle also produced smoke when fired by adding drops of oil in hole marked on barrel. Rifle was released by Daisy c. 1958 and stock bears WDP copyright. Rifle appears unused and Exc. Rare. Rifle was issued in boxed set (13.5x25.5 box lid panel just comes along) w/11.5" long leather holster w/die-cut "Z" on belt loop, 31" long leather belt w/metal steerhead buckle and screen-printed "Zorro" name and matching pair of 5" tall wrist cuffs w/"Zorro" name and silhouette of him on rearing Tornado. Comes w/originally issued 8.25"long Hubley Coyote nickel-plated die-cast cap gun w/elaborate scrollwork design and painted crosshatched cast grips. Unfired and NM. Other components appear unused and aside from some oxidation to metal on wrist cuffs, set it Exc. to NM.
